What is the Job Fair?
The Job Fair is an opportunity for U.S. employers to conduct one on one interviews with J1 visa participants to secure and hire seasonal staff. It is a great way to create interest in the jobs abroad, and have face to face contact with interested applicants. The employer always has the final decision on which participants they would like to hire. We find that employers who attend the Job Fair to hire their seasonal staff have a better overall experience with our international participants.

How does the Job Fair work?
Once you have decided to attend and are approved by Spirit, we will give you more details about your trip. Below is a sample Job Fair schedule:
| Sunday, August 17th | Flight from major U.S. city. |
| Monday, August 18th | Arrive in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Optional city tour. |
| Tuesday, August 19th | Job Fair Interviews |
| Wednesday, August 20th | Job Fair Interviews (for employers hiring 30+ participants). |
| Thursday, August 21st | Depart Belo Horizonte to return home. |
Have some fun in Brazil! If you would like to take some additional time to travel, we will be happy to book your flight according to your request. We simply ask for reimbursement of the difference in fare, if any.

What are the Costs Involved?
If you are able to hire 10 or more J1 participants, you qualify to attend the Job Fair. Your cost of attendance is based on how many participants you hire. See below for more details.
10-19 Spirit J1 hires
Two nights hotel in Brazil, round-trip international flight from select major cities, city tour, group dinner, in-person interviews with J1 participants, and free time for sightseeing are included.

20-29 Spirit J1 hires
Two nights hotel in Brazil, round-trip international flight from select major cities, city tour, group dinner, in-person interviews with J1 participants, and free time for sightseeing are included.

30-74 Spirit J1 hires
Three nights hotel in Brazil, round-trip international flight from select major cities, city tour, group dinner, in-person interviews with J1 participants, and free time for sightseeing are included.
NO CHARGE.
75+ Spirit J1 hires
Everything included above for two representatives AT NO CHARGE.
Costs not included in the Job Fair reimbursement include:
Taxi/shuttle fares, individual meals, visa fees, and miscellaneous expenses.
How do I Sign Up?
Complete an Employer Application and indicate your interest in attending the Job Fair. A Spirit representative will contact you after receiving your application and send you a booking form to finalize your attendance at the Job Fair.
