Attend a Spirit Job Fair and see the world! Job Fairs offer U.S. employers the opportunity to conduct one-on-one interviews with J1 Work/Travel participants. It is a great way to create interest in your jobs abroad, and have face to face contact with interested applicants. You always have the final decision on which participants you would like to hire. We find that employers who attend Job Fairs have an exceptional overall experience with our international participants.

How Does the Job Fair Work?

Once you have decided to attend and are approved by Spirit, we will give you more details about your trip. Below is a sample Job Fair schedule:

What is Included?

Employers who plan to hire 10* or more Spirit J-1 Work/Travel participants per season have the opportunity to qualify for the following program in one country

- Spirit-arranged round-trip airfare

- 3-4 hotel nights

- Coordinated interviews

- Cultural tours & group dinners

- Any required visas

- Spirit-arranged airport transfers

Winter Job Fair 2012

Costs Not Included in the Job Fair Reimbursement:

Airport taxis or shuttles arranged outside of the Spirit-arranged airport transportation, individual taxis, and miscellaneous expenses.

How Do I Sign Up?

Complete an Employer Application and indicate your interest in attending the Job Fair. A Spirit representative will contact you after receiving your application and send you a booking form to finalize your attendance at the Job Fair.
