Account Services Coordinator (Full-Time)

This full-time, entry-level position provides administrative and customer service support to our international Work & Travel exchange participants in the USA, as well as our domestic Host Employer partners nationwide.  Responsibilities include:

  • Exhibit friendly and professional customer service via phone and email with exchange participants and Host Employers
  • Assist participants and Host Employers in navigating common matters that occur during the exchange program
  • Create and process important documentation with accuracy in order to meet federal regulatory requirements
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently in order to work seamlessly in a fast paced environment
  • General administrative duties, as needed

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, excellent writing skills, a knack for administration/customer service and a “can do” attitude.  Some experience living, studying or working abroad is preferred.  Email kgault@spiritexchange.com.

International Account Services Coordinator (Full-Time)

This full-time, entry-level position provides administrative and customer service support to our international Work & Travel international partner offices.  Responsibilities include:

  • Create and process important documentation with accuracy in order to meet federal regulatory requirements
  • Exhibit friendly and professional customer service via email, Zoom and phone with international partner offices abroad
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently in order to work seamlessly in a fast paced environment
  • General administrative tasks, as needed

Seasonal Virtual Interviewer (Part-Time)

This part-time, seasonal position screens Spirit’s international exchange applicants via live virtual meetings. Work is largely remote with some in-office training required.  Hour requirements are approximately 15 – 25 hours a week between the hours of 5am–12pm Central Time, M-F from November – February. Hours are flexible within that time frame and peak in December/January.   Successful candidate will enjoy conversing with people from all over the world and be comfortable working with commonly used computer software.  Applicants must have a computer with camera, familiarity with Skype, reliable high-speed internet and a quiet location to work remotely without disruption.  Email kgault@spiritexchange.com.
