Account Services Coordinator

Spirit is currently accepting applications for the role of Account Services Coordinator. The Account Services Coordinator provides support to our international participants during their program, as well as year-round customer service to our domestic Host Company partners. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, excellent writing skills, a knack for customer service, and a "can do" attitude. Some experience living, studying, or working abroad is preferred. Part-Time English Assessment Interviewer (Remote)

This seasonal, part-time position screens Spirit’s international exchange applicants via Skype for appropriate English skills. All applicants must be comfortable working with commonly used computer software and have an appropriate set-up to be able to work from home, including a computer with camera, familiarity with Skype, reliable high speed internet, and a quiet location to work without disruption.  Hour requirements are approximately 8–25 hours a week between the hours of 5am – 12pm Central Time, October - January. Training will be done in our office, but position is remote in nature with flexible scheduling. Hours peak in November and December.
